I answered an add in The Village voice around 1977 from a Boston band called Susan that was moving to NYC and looking for a guitar player. After playing around for a short while we wound up doing a showcase for Tommy Mottola and his crew set up by my then girlfriend (now wife) Carol. We signed a production deal with Champion Entertainment and did one album called Falling In Love Again for RCA. We toured the record nationwide, opening for Graham Parker and The Rumor and ended the tour at the Academy of Music in NYC. At that point Tom Dickie left the band and recorded a few solo albums with his band The Desires. The rest of us tried a few other versions of the band before finally calling it a day. Fun while it lasted.
